Graham’s professional expertise lies in leadership development and organisational culture change. He is a highly experienced course leader and facilitator who has more than 30 years of experience in the field of executive learning and development. Graham believes passionately that great leadership is forged from a deep sense of purpose, supported by strong values and a burning passion to make a positive difference whether to the team, the organisation, ultimately the world.

Graham is a qualified executive coach specialising in leadership and team development. He has spent the last 12 years working with the leaders of some of the world’s largest corporations in Europe, the US and Asia including BASF, Akzo Nobel, Metro, SEB Bank, Roxtec, Telefónica O2, Teito, Lufthansa, Ferrovial, Novartis, Vedior, Pepsico, Huhtamaki, Fiskars, EDF Energy, Allianz and many more. He is based in the UK.

Graham holds a post-graduate diploma in Leadership and Change awarded by the University of Exeter Business School. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and holds a Diploma in Business Coaching and an advanced certificate in Executive Coaching plus an Advanced CIPD Certificate in Psychology for Trainers.

Most importantly, Graham is passionate about the work he does and is driven by a strong conviction to bring about positive change to the world through leadership. He is known by his clients and colleagues alike for his passion, his commitment and his very British sense of humour.
